Retouches are performed 4 to 6 weeks after your initial Permanent Makeup treatment. This follow-up session allows us to perfect your results by adding extra colour where needed and enhancing any areas where the pigment has softened or tiny gaps remain. Your retouch ensures even, beautiful, long-lasting results—and it’s fully included in the initial price.

Treatment Process

We’ll start by picking your perfect pigment shade and mapping out your lash liner shape beautifully.

Once you’re nice and numb for comfort, I’ll delicately layer in the pigment using a etching shading technique to create that soft, fine liner.

In about 1.5 to 2 hours, you’ll be ready to leave with simple aftercare and effortlessly gorgeous, naturally enhanced lashliner.

Can I still use my lash growth serums?

No—please avoid any lash growth serums during the 7–10 day healing period. These products can irritate the sensitive, healing skin and may affect how well the pigment holds. It’s also recommended to stop using lash serums for a few weeks before your treatment to minimise sensitivity and ensure the best possible results.

Does it hurt?

A numbing cream is applied before we start to keep you as comfortable as possible. Throughout your treatment, I’ll check in with you and can adjust as needed. Because it’s a gentle form of cosmetic tattooing, you may feel some mild sensation, but most clients find it very manageable.

Will my eyelids swell?

Some clients might slightly swell, It’s typically mild and settles down within a few hours to a couple of days. Everyone’s skin responds differently—some people notice very minimal swelling, while others may see a bit more for a short time. I’ll give you full aftercare guidance to help keep you comfortable and support a smooth healing process.

Can I wear my lash extensions ?

If you have individual lash extensions, please have them fully removed before your appointment, as I can’t safely tattoo with any false lashes in place. You’ll also need to wait at least 2 weeks after your eyeliner treatment before having extensions reapplied. If you love wearing mascara and can’t go without it, keep in mind you won’t be able to wear any for 7–10 days while your liner heals. In that case, I recommend getting a lash lift a few days before your appointment to keep your lashes looking naturally lifted and defined.
