A £100 non-refundable booking fee is required for all Permanent Makeup and Colour Boost appointments.
A £20 booking fee is required for services over £50 LVL lash lifts or combined brow/lash services.
All booking fees are non-refundable but go toward the total cost of your treatment.
72 hours' notice is required for Permanent Makeup appointments.
72 hours’ notice is required for LVL, tinting, and waxing.
Late cancellations or rescheduling will result in the loss of your booking fee.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice is treated as a no-show, and your booking fee will be forfeited.
Repeat no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to carry out your treatment and your booking fee may be lost.
Patch tests are essential and must be carried out at least 24 hours before the following treatments:
- Lash or brow tinting
- LVL lash lifts
- Permanent Makeup
No patch test = No treatment. Your safety is our top priority.
All PMU procedures include one complimentary retouch, to be taken within 4–6 weeks of your initial appointment.
Retouches booked outside this timeframe will be chargeable, (unless pre agreed will Gillie).
72 hours’ notice is required to change a retouch appointment.
If less than 72 hours’ notice is given, the complimentary retouch will be forfeited, and an additional retouch will be charged at £90 during your next session
You must be 18+ for Permanent Makeup.
Clients aged 16+ can book waxing and tinting with parental consent.
Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent aesthetic treatments before booking.
We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not safe or suitable for you.
Remaining balances are due on the day of treatment.
We accept cash, card, or bank transfer.
All services are non-refundable once performed, due to the nature of the treatments.
For safety, hygiene, and to maintain a calm environment:
- Children are not permitted in the treatment zone
- Children can sit quietly on a chair outside the treatment zone for 20min consultations only
- Please attend your appointment alone, unless pre-arranged (e.g. for accessibility needs).
- Consultations – Please let Gillie know in advance, if you would like to bring a friend or 2 to the consultation.
Before and after photos may be taken for insurance, training, or promotional purposes.
If you prefer your images not to be used on social media, please inform us in advance.
Full aftercare advice will be provided following your treatment.
It is important to follow this guidance carefully to ensure the best results.
Gillie Lane is not liable for any issues caused by poor or neglected aftercare.
For PMU clients, full precare will be provided prior to your treatment,
Please avoid the following for at least 2 weeks before and after treatment:
- Sunbeds and tanning
- Chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and retinol-based products, botox
- Facial waxing in the treatment area
Please also disclose if you are taking medications such as Accutane, steroids, or antibiotics, as these may affect your treatment eligibility.
Valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
Can be used toward any treatment or product.
