FOR THE BEST POSSIBLE HEALED RESULT: 

• Complete your Consultation & Consent Form at least 48 hours before your appointment. 
• Avoid alcohol for 24 hours, caffeine for 4 hours and aspirin or ibuprofen for 48 hours before treatment (unless prescribed). 
• Arrive well rested, well hydrated and having eaten beforehand. 
• Follow the treatment-specific aftercare instructions exactly as outlined in the guide. 
• If anything changes before your appointment—such as medication, illness, pregnancy, allergies or planned cosmetic treatments—please get in touch with us before attending.
